• ORDERING YOUR COMMISSION

Commissions can be requested through DMs of either of my Twitter (@migeo_art) or Bluesky (@migeo.bluesky.social) accounts. I will approve them as they come until I fill up all my slots for each batch.[Heads-up though, my Twitter DMs can be very glitchy and not send me a notification when you text me or even show up at all. If I take too long to answer (over 48h), you can also DM me on Bluesky or through my Discord too (migeo) if you'd like!]

• PROCESS AND PAYMENT

After contact has been stablished, I will put you in a queue alongside other clients. Only at your turn we'll go over ideas and details for the commission, and once we've settled on a concept, I'll request your contact info to conduct the payment.All commissions are paid fully in advance, via PayPal Invoices (Ko-Fi is also accepted, if PayPal is not an option for the client).
Brazilian clients can also pay via PIX, and recieve a 40% discount to the final value when ordering any commission.After I start a commission, an initial rough sketch will be sent to be revised by the client, and additional revisions after it can also be requested until the sketch phase is complete. The client is also allowed to ask for any updates regarding the commission if they're interested.Feel free to ask me questions anytime and also check out my ToS if you have any further questions!

- Terms of Service -

When you buy a commission, adopt, or art with me, you automatically agree to my full Terms of Service. Make sure to read it!

• PAYMENTS

- Payments are made through PayPal invoices, in USD (United States dollar), or through Ko-Fi donations. Any other form of payment is not supported. Commissions must be paid in full upfront before I begin the sketch phase.
- At the same time, clients who reside in Brazil can (and are encouraged) to use PIX as their payment method, and are also eligible for a 40% discount on the final price.
- Final price can be subject to change depending on the complexity of the drawing.

• TURNAROUND

- Turnaround can vary between a week or two months. The time is extremely subject to matters like my schedule, complexity of the commission, health, unpredictable events, etc.
- If any events prevent me from working on a commission, I'll make sure to notify you right away.

• REFUNDS

- Refunds can be provided according to the commission's progress, with some fees possibly being included due to Paypal's exchange rate.
- Even still, I admit I don't exactly know how the process works, so I ask you to only commission me if you're sure about it and in a good spot to do it.
- If the client stops communicating with me for 3 days, they will be automatically put at the end of my queue. If I still don't get an answer back after a total of 14 days have passed, I have the right to cancel the commission.
- If I find myself unable to finish a commission after it has been paid due to personal issues or events in my life, I myself will give you a refund for it, also according to the commission's progress.

• ABOUT THE ARTWORK

- Do NOT use my art in NFTs or artificial intelligence models/programs.
- As the artist, I retain all rights to my art, meaning I have the right to post and repost any commissioned pieces (including WIPs) to any of my social medias, and/or use them in price sheets, announcements, or the like.
- At the same time, you may request for your commission to be private and not be published anywhere.
- The client is free to use commissioned pieces as icons, banners, etc and repost them freely, as long as you credit me via my name (migeo) or social media handle.
- Changes to artwork requested after 5 days of a commission's completion will not be accepted.
- Purchased character designs/adopts cannot be resold for an amount higher than what you paid for.
